Our Open House Prep Services include: Pre-Flyer Neighborhood - Starting at $79 We’ll take care of local foot-traffic by distributing flyers around the neighborhood prior to the start of the open house. $79 for 50 flyers $129 for 100 flyers Refreshment Stocking - Starting at $79 Stock your open house with a noteworthy display of refreshments and snacks, provided and set up by the Go Goose team. We’re happy to supply a variety of food and drink options to choose from. Open House Greeter - $50 per hour Welcome potential buyers into the home with a big smile and friendly greeting from one of our geese. We’ll ensure that everyone who steps into the home is tended to, allowing you to continue important conversations without interruption. *Each one of our greeters are unlicensed personnel and are unable to discuss property details with potential buyers Set the Mood - $50 Sometimes it’s the little things that make all the difference. Allow us to “set the mood” for your open house by setting up the radio for music, turning on all lights, plugging in air fresheners throughout, arrange flyers/business cards, and place balloons in front of the house. In addition, we’re happy to provide a sign-in book to capture contact information from your potential buyers.
