How does your pick-up/drop off service work?

Our flock will complete one full round trip for our low, flat rate. For example: if you need a lockbox installed, we will come pick-up the lockbox from your current location and install the lockbox on your property. If you need open house flyers picked-up, we will pick them up and then drop them off to your desired location.

What is the turnaround time once a task request is submitted?

We guarantee all task requests to be completed within 24 hours. If you are working on a specific schedule, please call and a member of our flock will do their best to accommodate.

Help! I need a task done right away. Can you help?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! For an additional $12, we can rush your request and complete the task within 6 hours.

Question 4

Is there a cancellation fee for cancelled requests?

Accepted Answer

As long as a member of our flock is not already on their way to complete your task, there will be no cancellation fee.

I need help with an open house. What kind of services do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer many personalized open house services! We can assist with something as simple as setting up signs throughout the area all the way to co-hosting the open house with refreshments and snacks. Give a member of our flock a call and we can give you a quote based off your individual needs.

Do you assist with other types of tasks?

Accepted Answer

Our flock is able to assist with any request. Some may need groceries picked up for the week and some may need to have their dry cleaning dropped off. Please call and a member of our flock will be ready to help!
